Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@quirkywear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Charges for Returns: While we offer free shipping on all orders, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
