  • Shipping Initiation: If your order has already been processed for shipping, we regret that we will not be able to cancel it.

REFUND POLICY

  • The item is missing its original packaging and accessories.

Returnable Items: We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Purchase Source: The product(s) must have been purchased directly from quirkywear.com and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.
  • Return Request: A return request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: The product(s) must be unused (other than for fit trials) and unwashed.
  • Condition of Product: There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes caused by the customer.
  • Packaging and Tags: All tags and original packaging must remain intact and be returned with the product(s).
  • Invoice: The original invoice must be included with the returned product(s).
  • Sellable Condition: The product(s) must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
